This thermometer, features a 15cm stainless steel sensor probe for heavy duty use and easy clean-up. LCD Display which gives a more accurate temperature reading, measures in Fahrenheit or Celsius temperature range: -50C to 300C / -58F to 572F
 
Simply press the ON button and you are ready to measure the temperature. Insert the metal probe into the molten wax and an accurate reading is available in seconds on the digital display. If you wish to save the reading you are able to by using the ‘hold’ button which will store the reading for you to view at a later date.
